What this site collects
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is kept in your browser’s local storage and is not sent to us.
The hosting provider keeps request logs: IP address, time of request, the page requested, the referring page and the browser user-agent string. They exist to keep the site available and to identify abuse. They are kept for one day and then deleted. Tiebeam keeps no logs of its own.
Email you send us
If you write to hello@tiebeam.co.uk, or use the form on the site, we hold your message, your name and your address — and your company, if you give it — for as long as needed to answer it and to keep a record of the work discussed. The form delivers your message to the same mailbox by email; nothing is stored on the site.
Correspondence is not added to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.
Why we may process it
Server logs: legitimate interests — keeping the site running and protecting it from misuse.

Who else handles it
The site is hosted by Vercel. Messages sent through the form are delivered by Resend, and the mailbox is provided by Google Workspace. Each acts as a processor under contract and none uses the data for its own purposes.
Data may be processed outside the UK by those providers under the safeguards their contracts require.
